Curriculum Vitae of Grazia Pasotti, civil lawyer

I was born in Gallarate in 1957.

I graduated in law from the University of Milan in 1981 and was admitted to practice law in 1984.

I initially practiced at two important law firms based in Milan.
In 1991 I opened my own legal practice in Gallarate and registered with the Busto Arsizio Bar Association.
I provide legal consultancy and assistance in civil cases to both private individuals and corporate clients with regard to legal and extra judicial matters.
I have been registered to practice before the Italian Court of Cassation since 1997.

As of 1990, I have provided legal consultancy services on a weekly basis to the Gallarate-Malpensa Association of Traders and Merchants, dealing with commercial matters and in particular with relations between traders/retailers and the Italian Public Administration.

Since 1990 I have been providing legal consultancy services to FNAARC, the Italian federation of agents and commercial representatives for the Gallarate area, assisting in particular with the drafting and interpretation of agency agreements.

In this capacity I provide assistance to agents, but also to companies, in connection with disputes relating to agency agreements and issues connected with welfare benefits.

I work as a legal counsel for two major banks where I provide assistance and representation for disputes regarding credit recovery, banking law and contractual relations between the banks and their clients.

I also provide legal consultancy and assistance in relation to bankruptcy law and insolvency proceedings.

As of 2000, I have been registered on the list of Italian solicitors registered to provide legal aid in civil cases.

I am a member of AIAF, the Italian Association of Lawyers for the Family and Minors and in this capacity, since 1991, have dealt with issues regarding family law, specifically separation and divorce proceedings, custody proceedings, spousal and child maintenance, protection of the rights of minors, and children of de facto relationships.
I also have a wide range of specialist knowledge related to the field of inheritance law, having participated in a number of seminars and conference regarding this matter.

Finally, I can offer extensive knowledge of co-ownership/condominium law having fought a number of cases in this field.
